Setting up¶
The specification is the foundation of setting up the addon. It specifies which fields the customer already have and which fields they want from the BFUS 2.0 integration.
Usually the project manager for the customers governance team from Lime will together with the customer fill out the specification.
Instructions for filling out the specification¶
Change nothing in the columns with gray color or a green header. All the fields with a "1" in column "standard fields" ("standardfält"), column A, will automatically be included if you dont manually exclude them.
Work through each standard field and make certain that "Field name (Lime)" correlates with the field name in the customer database. Ex. is the field "customercode" on the customer-object in the customer environment called "customercode" or "customerno" (new or old naming convention). If it differentiates from the standard field name in the specification, flag it in column B and fill out the customer field name in column G.
If another field is wanted but not included in the standard fields, input a "1" in column B to indicate that this field differentiates from standard.
